I have worked with so many professionals and I find that people who have a kind and giving heart are the ones that are truly gifted with talent and knowledge. You can tell when they react very openly with a smile and you can see the light and the excitement in their eyes. They are not afraid of anything or think negative about your ideas. They actually love to learn more and give more ideas to expand it. They are a blessing to so many people. They love to explore the ideas of others to help them do better. They think of others on how they can be successful right off the bat. They also encourage and inspire people to where you look at it as if it is their goal to see you succeed.
Another reaction is you will notice that they really pay attention and listen to what you are saying. They remember what you say and they will think of ways to connect you to other resources or will share their own experience in order to help you. You will also hear from them again doing a follow up if you really made the connection to the people they have referred. They also don't make quick promises on making commitments. But once they commit, they are fully present and they will back it up with real support. They are also very respectful of your status in the industry regardless of what level it is. They see the good in people and their potential in doing great things.
I shared this because I have been blessed by so many great professionals in this industry. I have also met people that have not been very supportive and just like to watch and created the feeling that they are wishing you to fail.
I am very grateful of all the people I have worked with and for all their support. The success in all the projects I have had was because of this type of business professionals I have connected with . Their kindness and generosity truly blessed me and in turn I was able to bless other people too. I adore everyone of them and I am so appreciative of their presence in this industry.
